Return Conditions are as follows :

Approval Process:

Unauthorised Returns:
Returns sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Condition of Returned Items:
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that are returned worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping of Returns:
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Inspection of Returns:
